Nikki along with her husband Jarrod have raised their four kids while running a dairy farming business for 18 years, she has learned resilience, dedication and the value of strong community along the way. They are currently in the process of building their dream home on a 10 hectare block in Whanganui, where they have planted a sub-tropical food forest and orchard, and raise beef calves.
